World Punjabi Organization and Sun Foundation are pleased to invite you to cover the ‘Vaisakhi SuperSikh 5K Run’ being organized on Sunday, April 12, 2026.

Celebrating the vibrant festival of Baisakhi, this annual run carries forward a strong social message under the theme:

“Say No To Drugs and “Fit India”

This initiative highlights the importance of preventive action, encouraging healthier lifestyles and building stronger communities-while especially inspiring children and youth to adopt fitness and stay away from substance abuse.

Now in its 4th consecutive year, the Vaisakhi SuperSikh Run has grown into a powerful community movement. The previous editions witnessed an overwhelming response, with over 2,500 participants joining the marathon and making it a grand success.

Continuing this tradition, this year’s run promises to be an even more energetic and impactful celebration of fitness, awareness, and community spirit.
