In recognition of his great philanthropic pursuits, Mr. Sahney has been honoured with one of highest civilian awards ‘Padma Shri’ by the former President of India Smt. Pratibha Patil and International Peace Award by the former President of Mauritius Sir Anerood Jugnauth. Besides being conferred with these honours, many other prestigious awards have been bestowed upon Mr. Sahney in recognition of his illustrious journey on the road of social service and public welfare.
